What is the dissimilarity between Curamin Extra-Strength and original Curamin?

Does Nattokinase contain Vitamin K?

No. Nattokinase is an isolated and purified enzyme extract from natto (a fermented soybean food), which does not contain vitamin K.

What is the difference between Curamin Extra Strength and curcumin?

Curcumin is a beneficial compound contained in a turmeric plant. Curamin Extra Strength is merely the name of a product which contains highly absorbable curcumin along with boswellia, DLPA and nattokinase.

What is the difference between turmeric and curcumin?

Turmeric is the plant that provides curcumin. Typically, turmeric contains approximately 2-5% curcumin, so if you were to take plain turmeric it would take very large amounts to get a beneficial amount of curcumin.  Additionally, curcumin is poorly absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract. Whereas turmeric is excellent when used as a spice, a high absorption curcumin extract, such as the clinically studied curcumin used in Curamin Extra Strength, is a better choice for health benefits.
